CONFERENCE 2008 REGISTRATION

The Canadian Prostate Cancer Network is pleased to waive registration fees for one designated representative and partner from each support group in Canada.

All other participants pay a basic conference registration fee of $100.00 CDN.

You may register and pay registration fees online or by regular mail. To register and pay online, please click on the “online” button. You will be taken to a form that will let you register yourself and other delegates. Please note that you will be asked to fill out a form for each person you wish to register. After you have done this, you will have the option to pay your registration fee online by credit card through a secure server.
